Our hope is that among other DevOps conference lists out there, we can help you find ones that have tracks specifically pertaining to logging, monitoring, and ultimately preventing downtime.

Monitorama has been around since 2013 and focuses on, you guessed it, monitoring. They’re all about improving your monitoring toolkit by pushing the boundaries of monitoring, and we like that they call the engineers focused on monitoring “artisans.”

The first RSA Conference was inaugurated in 1991, so it’s been around for a long time.Logging and server monitoring fall under their Technology Infrastructure & Operations track.
San Francisco, CA: April 16 – 20, 2018

Velocity has taken a more decidedly DevOps-y tone in recent years, and focuses on everything from building to complex systems to improving end-to-end performance. A conference is held for each coast in the United States, and each has a huge monitoring focus.

Black Hat has been hosting IT security conferences for over 20 years. Like RSA Conference, IT security’s mandate to monitor logs and servers means there’s a lot of crossover between security and monitoring at Black Hat.
