It has been amazing to see the positive feedback we’ve received from our customers as we work to make the first fully automated infrastructure monitoring and alerting solution. As a collection of DevOps engineers, we’ve focused on making a tool that purposefully solves the problem of tech teams not having enough time to manually configure the monitoring alerts that help them see if a downtime event is headed their way. While other monitoring tools focus heavily on graphs and visualizations, they still require critical alerts to be manually configured. Blue Matador is alert automation. Our automatic alerts are generated by our machine learning approach, combined with our deep DevOps experience, discovering all of an infrastructure’s resources, understanding baselines, and dynamically maintaining thresholds. Our customers have immediately felt the impact of this differentiated approach via better alerting, more time back for building features, faster deployments, more confidence, and clearer at-a-glance views of the health of their system.
With this funding we are going to make our product even better. We will be adding even more automatically configured alerts for events in AWS and Kubernetes. Also, we’ll be building out Azure support giving Azure users the same alert automation experience that our current customers are loving. This funding is going to help us grow our team (check out our current openings if you’re interested) and increase our ability to assist DevOps professionals.
None of the success we’ve reached so far would be possible without our initial customers. It has been amazing to partner with you all so far and we really appreciate your support. Also, we wouldn’t be where we are today, or as excited about where we are going without our talented team.
